Euromont Store Policies

We believe in being transparent and fair to our customers, partners, and team. These policies help us maintain excellent service while ensuring responsible operations, with many of our pieces being handcrafted, shipped and delivered over long distances, and handled with care.

● Natural Wooden Material: Variations in wood grain, color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted items and not considered defects.

● Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or transport disruptions.

● Acknowledgment at Checkout: Placing an order or availing of any of our services means you accept the policies below.

● Policy Updates: Policies may change over time. The latest version will always be available on our site.

These policies are intended to outline the usual scope of our service. Exceptions or special cases will be handled at our sole discretion, in good faith, and with consideration to all parties involved.

  • Order & Delivery Policy

    Order Review & Acceptance
    All orders go through a short review to verify availability and delivery viability. In rare cases, we may cancel and fully refund your order. You’ll be notified right away if this happens.


    Delivery Timeframe
    Items can be delivered promptly, subject to arranging your delivery schedule and the Delivery Conditions below.

    We will reach out and you will then have up to 3 working days to choose a preferred delivery date. This delivery date must be within 14 days from the time contact is established. This 14-day timeframe helps ensure permits or clearances (e.g., condominium permit, elevator access, subdivision clearance) are arranged in advance and is meant to accommodate your preferred schedule.

    If we can’t establish contact or set a delivery date after multiple attempts, storage fees - charged at our logistics partner’s prevailing rate - may begin on the 14th day after initial attempt to contact. In addition, if orders are held for longer than 14 days from time of contact, storage fees may apply for every day after the 14-day window. Orders will be held free of charge for up to 14 days from the time of contact.

    If you face circumstances preventing you from confirming or receiving delivery within this timeframe, please let us know. Requests for exception will be considered, and you’ll always be notified by e-mail before any storage fees apply. Storage charges, once invoiced, must be settled before delivery can proceed.


    Delivery Schedule

    Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


    Delivery Conditions
    Please ensure permits or access (e.g., condo permit, elevator access, subdivision clearance) are secured before delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues. Let us know early on if permit processing may delay delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.


    Missed Deliveries
    Each order avails one failed delivery attempt, up to two total delivery attempts. If both fail due to unavailability, access issues, lack of permits or clearances, or lack of response, storage or redelivery fees may apply. These will be invoiced and must be settled before rescheduling. We’ll always coordinate with you before any charges.

  • Returns & Refunds Policy

    We’re committed to ensuring every Euromont piece reaches you in impeccable condition. We go to great lengths to ensure and document good condition and proper handling of your order while it is in our care. Considering the effort involved in preparing and shipping each piece, our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all parties.

    Euromont's staff will be available to assist with delivery and unboxing of orders. Handling and unboxing of purchased items will be diligently documented by our staff to aid us in processing potential returns in the unlikely event of damage, and to help us determine upon whom liability for this may fall.


    When Returns Are Accepted
    Returns can only be accommodated in the following circumstances:
    ● The item is damaged due to negligence of Euromont staff during delivery, handling, or setup; or
    ● The item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery and unboxing, provided the damage is not caused by the customer.

    To be eligible for a return:
    ● The issue must be reported during delivery and unboxing of the purchased item while Euromont staff is still present at the delivery location;
    Documentation diligently gathered by Euromont staff during delivery, handling, and inspection, including photos and/or video, shall serve as the primary basis for determining eligibility of the return;
    ● For purchases made in conjunction with our Home Staging Service, any request for a refund or return must be made within the one-hour inspection window provided under the service. Requests made after this window shall no longer be eligible for return under Home Staging's terms.

    These measures help ensure fair resolution, prevent abuse, and maintain accountability across all parties involved.

    When Returns Are Not Accepted
    Change-of-mind or preference-based returns, unless such option was expressly reserved through the Home Staging Service, and only in accordance with its terms;
    ● Requests for return for damage or defect arising from customer handling, third-party handling, or conditions beyond Euromont’s control;
    ● Claims not supported by Euromont’s delivery and handling documentation, or where the item was accepted as delivered and inspected.

    Thank you for understanding. Returns for these items are resource-intensive.


    Approved Returns
    If a return is approved, we will either:
    ● Replace the item
    ● Issue a partial/full refund
    ● Offer store credit

    Refunds will be processed at our end within 14 business days.

    We collect only the data needed to serve you better, whether at checkout, in forms, or during conversations with our team.
